As part of the Royal Darwin Hospital (RDH) expansion and internalisation, we are acquiring from I-MED four diagnostic imaging equipment and they need to be serviced as per RDH standards. A service agreement for GE imaging units is required for 12 months. The agreement includes special parts coverage, preventative and corrective maintenances, regular parts, labour, educational platform and 24/7 service support.The contract period will be from 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2022.
