The contract comprises, but is not limited to, the following:Remove roof sheets, purlins, ceiling batons, timber windows, doors and frames.Remove asbestosRemove and dispose of obsolete external wiring, satellite dishes etc.Relocate existing wires to be concealed within the fabric of the buildingSupply and install new metal purlins with outriggers and welded end caps. Supply and install new vapor barrier sarking, roof sheeting, aluminium windows and door frame.Repaint classrooms, storerooms and kitchen.Supply and install new solid core doors.
