The project comprises of a New Police Watch House Facility in Tennant Creek. The Services summarised and required under this Contract, generally include investigation, consultation, design and documentation. The Consultant will be responsible for completing the Services suitable for a Traditional Lump Sum Tender (i.e. Fully Documented Construct Only procurement method and construction contract.
