To procure a 60 month contract with the vendor, NextGate for the supply of the following: Enterprise Master Patient Index and Provider Directory - Ongoing subscriptions, licensing software, support and maintenance. Provision of all other implementation, subscriptions, licensing software, support and maintenance provided by NextGate and as required for the purpose of completion of CCSRP, and ongoing requirements in BAU for the CCSRP product named Acacia.
