The Department of Industry, Tourism and Trade (DITT) requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to identify, analyse and provide advice to frame the value proposition for the Territory's mining industry, and advise on viable options and and strategies to secure downstream minerals processing and advance manufacturing industries in the Northern Territory, including viable reagent manufacturing that will compliment or enhance the competitiveness of downstream mineral processing. The Primary aim of the consultancy is to inform development of government policies to elevate the Territory's investment attractiveness and to pursue opportunities to develop downstream mineral processing in the Territory, particularly for critical minerals.
