East Arnhem Region - Provision of Construction, Refurbishments and Upgrades to Northern Territory Infrastructure in Gapuwiyak for a Period of 36 Months

This is a period contract for the delivery of NT Government Infrastructure at Gapuwiyak (Lake Evella) Communities for a period of 36 months.The Scope of Works to be delivered under the contract will include various works including, but not limited to:The demolition of various structures including Remote Community Housing and/or Government Employee Housing dwellings;The construction of new and/or replacement Remote Community Housing dwellings;The construction of new and/or replacement Government Employee Housing dwellings;Room to Breathe modify existing dwellings; andUndertake upgrades on various Remote Community Housing or Government Employee Housing dwellingsEstimated between $10m - $20M for the first three years
