The works to be delivered under the contract will include various works related to the demolition of 3 houses located at 7 Whippet Street, 21 Whippet Street and 3 Hollis Street including, but not limited to:• Securing the properties with temporary fencing.• Disconnection of all services.• The safe removal of all debris and loose items on site.• Safe and appropriate disposal of waste materials following the demolition process.
