The scope of works is the design and construction of approximately 13.5 km of DN100 underground communications pipe and pits for a future fibre optic cable (installation of cable not part of this scope). The works are to take place within existing Power and Water easements. Works include:· Design of alignment· Design of conduit and pits· Survey of alignment· Mobilisation and demobilisation· Obtain Before You Dig Australia (BYDA) information and liaise with service providers as required · Pre construction dilapidation survey and report· Provision of site facilities· Identification and protection of services· Liaison with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders· Traffic management · Clearing and grubbing· Excavation· Bedding and Installation of conduit and pits· Backfill and compaction of trench· Clean conduits and install draw wire· Reinstatement of all surfaces· Directional drilling under roads and major creeks· Creek crossings under minor creeks· Reinstatement of fencing, irrigation and other property to original condition as required· Any other item required to make good to existing condition of alignment· As constructed drawings
