A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises the periodic air-conditioning maintenance for the Group 7 contract.The works are to include (but not limited to):• The effective general routine maintenance of HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.• The call out attendance to remedy operational inconsistencies associated with HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.• The repair, replacement or servicing of components parts to restore operation of HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.• The identification of defects that would not permit the imminent reinstatement of operation of the HVAC system.
