Katherine Region - Provision of Grounds Maintenance, Litter Control and Cleaning of Urban Housing Complexes for a Period of 36 Months

Provision of urban housing grounds maintenance services via a single contract, of local contractorsutilising a methodology of single contract, multi-trade services for the responsive, maintenance toHousing assets in the Katherine township over a 36 month period and option to extend by 2 x 12 months.The contractor will perform various services to ensure housing grounds maintenance, cyclicalmaintenance works are carried out against each dwelling in respect of which the Contract is awarded and maintain a preventative approach to ongoing repairs and maintenance work.
