All Regions - Supply of Apprentices (Trades Apprentices and Trainees) under a Group Training Arrangement for a Period of 24 Months

PWC supports a robust career pathways program. As a pillar of this, PWC has an ongoing commitment to hosting apprentices and trainees. PWC outsources management of its apprentices. A provider is sought to deliver this service. The successful tenderer will be required to provide recruitment services, employee management, mentoring, payment of wages and allowances to new and existing apprentices and trainees. Scope will include advertising for and sourcing new participants, payment of wages and allowances as per Power and Water’s specified requirements, ensure compliance with Health and Safety obligations, inductions, managing performance of participants, attendance at training, external placements where required, site visits, mentoring and sourcing and applying for applicable funding incentives, arranging travel of participants, where applicable.
