The Youth Justice and Emergency Management division of Territory Families, Housing and Communities leads the Northern Territory all-of-Government ‘Welfare Group’ response to the COVID-19 pandemic.The Department of Health activated the Contour Hotel Katherine to accommodation individuals who have been affected by travel or isolation requirements as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and have been assess as a vulnerable person requiring assistance from the Welfare Group.Accommodation and meal aligns with the Welfare Group responsibilities.
