Darwin - Sanderson Middle School - Supply Delivery Installation and Commissioning of New Lift, Structure and Associated Infrastructure

Provide a new lift within the North Courtyard. Sheltered lift foyers with windows to courtyard and new balustrading to marry into existing staircase railing. In addition to the new lift, works includes:· Civil works consisting of:- Clearing and Grubbing- Demolition of existing features/infrastructure such as footpaths, landscaped areas, etc- Site grading or earthworks to achieve the new design levels and falls- Construction of new footpaths- Construction of new drainage system- Construction of new retaining wallsStructural Works – consisting of:- Concrete footings, slabs and walls- Masonry- Steelwork, including wall framingOther works as per structural documentation
