Provision of Homelands Housing and Infrastructure Audit

The Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities (TFHC) require a suitable Supplier to conduct an audit of housing and infrastructure assets in Aboriginal homelands across the NT.The Supplier will undertake on-site inspections and assessment of housing and infrastructure at approximately 100 homelands across the Territory, with composition of this sample to be developed in conjunction with TFHC.The Supplier will be required to provide an in depth condition assessment using the NTG Condition Assessment Tool (CAT) for a statistically significant sample of homelands houses.
