The Department of Health seeks the services of a highly skilled and qualified professional in Health Informatics. The successful Contractor will have proven expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and data management, and a deep understanding of the array of systems and data supporting remote healthcare. They will use these skills to enhance chronic disease reporting and maintenance across all remote health clinics, will be directly contributing to the reduction of chronic disease and enhancement of health outcomes.In addition to their technical skillset, the successful candidate will have the ability to educate and empower remote healthcare staff to effectively utilise data in their work. This includes generating accurate and tailored reports that steer and guide operations, and producing population lists for each community at a moment's notice.
