Registration and Licensing Solution to support Registration for Working with Vulnerable People

The Department of Justice is seeking to engage a supplier of a Platform as a Service (PaaS) or Software as a Service (SaaS) solution (the Platform) to support the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) Unit in its business operations, including application assessment, volunteer and worker registration, and ongoing monitoring and risk assessment of registrants. The solution will replace the existing RWVP system used by the RWVP Unit with the goals of improving operational efficiency, data capture and reporting while enabling technology uplift and eliminating existing system related performance issues. The solution will help process applications for registration and renewals, conduct risk assessments, and perform compliance checks efficiently and effectively. The delivered solution will include development and delivery of a business application to replace the existing registration system used by the RWVP Unit and provide web portals to support customer engagement. The solution may include custom software as well as Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) components and must support the implementation of custom forms, workflows and customer web portals.
