During the Annual Condenser Cleaning/Servicing. It was observed that the existing coating on the Chiller 4 Condenser Water Boxes and Tube Sheets have started to fail. - Drain down Chiller ready for repairs - Gain access to site and move equipment into plantroom - Unbolt and remove condenser end plates and water boxes. - Load Water boxes onto transport truck for coating - Build out encapsulation both ends of the condenser tube sheets to help capture the dust and debris from blasting. - Cover chiller components to minimize dust encroachment. - Sand blasting and Re-coating - Upon completion of waterbox and end plate recoating, organize delivery back to site. - Reinstall 2x Waterboxes and End Plates - Fill condensers and pressure test to confirm no leakage - Put chiller back into service
