The role assists with the administration of the Student Transport Assistance Policy including responding to customer enquiries, processing of student transport assistance applications, conveyance allowance and assisting in the resolution of queries and complaints. The position also assists with the administration of contracts which directly relate to School Bus Services including responding to contractor enquiries and support contract administration as required.
