Grounds maintenance to various NT Government Buildings including but not limited to:· Mowing and edging.· Slashing and clearing.· Litter control (rubbish collection and disposal)· Cleaning of car-park pavement areas, gutters and storm water pits.· Irrigation repairs, maintenance. Installation and inspection.· Garden maintenance including manual watering, replanting, fertilising, pruning, chemical spraying for weed and pest control, lawn establishment, top dressing and seeding.
