The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation’s (DWER; the ‘Customer’) Environmental Response team are responsible for various State Emergency Plans and are required to undertake air monitoring for environmental and public health risks. As such, the Customer is seeking the provision of six (6) Honeywell RAE Gas Detection Instruments or similar products in order to conduct emergency air monitoring for the Department.
