To establish a new panel contract for freight services that are safe, reliable, and efficient for a variety of goods such as general goods, medical records, perishables, weapons, biological samples and acidic materials across the regional, remote and urban areas of Northern Territory (NT). It will include in and outbound freight to the NT from interstate and is optional for overseas (international) freight.
