Works comprise of the following:- Decommission and removal from site 1 off existing air-cooled chiller and associated pipework identified on the demolition works.- Provision of 1 off new air-cooled chiller and its associated required accessories, new insulated chilled water pipework and new plant enclosure.- Associated building, electrical and hydraulic works as detailed on the drawings.
