Monitoring & Evaluation Services for Children and Young People Family and Domestic Violence Initiatives

The Department of Communities (Customer) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced evaluation Contractor to: Develop a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Framework for three (3) Children and Young People (CYP) Family and Domestic Violence Initiatives; and Conduct a Process Evaluation (Evaluation) of the initiatives to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, appropriateness, sustainability, value for money and lessons learnt to improve these service initiatives. The Customer requires a Monitoring and Evaluation Framework and a Process Evaluation Report, that will enable the Office for Prevention of Family and Domestic Violence (OPFDV) to obtain evaluation findings.
