Executive Leadership Development - Activating Leadership

The Department of the Chief Minister and Cabinet is seeking a quality education provider that specialises in contemporary executive leadership and capability development. Three topics built on priority capabilities from the NTPS Workforce Strategy are required for delivery as part of a suite of development opportunities targeted at Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) executives (ECO, . to EC04 (or equivalent). The three topics are:Leading adaptability and organisational growth (Model a leader mindset)Leading with impact (Lead and empower people and drive high performance)Leading and developing talent (Lead and empower people and drive high performance)The topics, led by experts (facilitator/moderator/coach) are to provide the latest thinking oncontemporary issues in public sector leadership. Education providers are invited to propose flexible delivery approaches to enhance learner engagement and experience.
