Northern and Katherine Region - Supply of Electrical Switchboards

Inspections of electrical switchboards in various remote communities in the Northern and Katherine Regions have identified safety issues and non-compliance shortfalls against AS/NZS 3000:2018 and Attachment 1 – ‘PWC General Electrical Specification’. The non-compliant switchboards are present in a number of differing locations and installations including production bores, sewer pump stations, transfer pumps and effluent disposal points. Due to these non-compliance issues, these switchboards are required to be removed and replaced.This requirement is for the manufacture and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of new electrical switchboards as per the supplied drawings to improve compliance of electrical installations across various locations.Installation will be part of a different project and will be procured separately – It will not form part of this requirement.
