The works comprises of the demolition of 2 x existing dwellings on Lot 301 and the construction of 1 x 2 bedroom duplex and 1 x 3 bedroom dwelling in the township of Numbulwar in the Northern Territory. Additionally, security upgrades to a further 5 existing GEH dwellings will be required. The extent of the work has yet to be scoped.
