The scope works for the investigations are:Locate and record Typhonium plants in the of the proposed works area shown in Figure 2. The area is approximately 521ha. The response schedule is to include breakdown of cost associated with surveys i.e. transect lines and survey time length of survey and any other additional costs associated with the ground survey work. The Consultant may suggest additional area/s for investigations. The additional areas are to be included in the tender submission and priced under provisional items.Map Typhonium plans within the proposed works areaUndertake genetic testing to confirm species of the Typhonium plants located in the investigation areas.To determine the potential impact of clearing Typhonium in the subdivision area in consideration of other plants found in the surrounding areas.To identify potential constraints and impacts of the construction and operation of the proposed development on species of significance (or potential significance).To recommend practicable mitigation strategies to address such constraints and minimise potential impacts.
