All Centres - Panel Contract for the Provision of Culture and Leadership Training and Support for a Period of 48 Months - with an option to extend for 12 Months

For the provision of specialist Leadership and Change/Capability/Culture advice, Program development and Program delivery services, in line with our organisational values and strategic direction.A competitive panel approach is desired to add additional capability to deliver the Leadership and Culture strategy and to ensure we are sourcing up to date approaches in leadership and culture development available on the market.The new panel contract will need to continue to provide leadership and culture advice and programs using Human Synergisitics and Korn Ferry competencies to underpin them. In addition, the contract will include coaching and mentoring provision to continue to embed leadership skills and competencies in the organization. In addition, there will be a requirement to ensure the evaluation framework data is collected, reviewed enabling a cycle of continuous improvement along with a measure of behaviour change and impact.
