• Demolition and disposal of chainmesh enclosure, ductwork, grilles and miscellaneous items as indicated in the contract drawings.• Provision of temporary air conditioning (portable units or other) to ED during relocation of existing main air handling unit.• Supply and installation of chilled water air handling unit with run-around coils, mechanical services control panel, air dampers, ductwork, pipework, sensors, controls and cabling for the CT area of works.• Supply and installation of a structural frame supporting new air handling unit for the CT area of works.• Supply and installation of chilled water air handling unit with hot-water reheat coil, air/water heat pump, mechanical services control panel, air dampers, ductwork, sensors, controls and cabling for the ED area of works.• Relocation of existing chilled water air handling unit and modification of duct/pipe connections for the ED area of works.• Supply and installation of electric reheat coil, mechanical services control panel, air dampers, ductwork, sensors, controls and cabling for the MARS area of works.• Relocation of existing packaged air handling unit within enclosure and modification of duct/pipe connections for MARS area of works.• Balancing and commissioning of installed air handling, chilled water, run-around, heat pump, reheat coil and control systems.• Connection of new mechanical controls to existing site building management system, including modification of user interface to match the works included in this project.• Development of coordinated shop drawings, as-constructed drawings, operation and maintenance manuals and functional control description.
