The demolition works involve demolition of the existing preschool building and outdoor play areas within the preschool property in preparation for new construction works.The demolition packages includes, provisions for asbestos contaminated material removal, terminate/make-safe existing redundant services, demolition of existing buildings and sub-structure and the demolition of existing external FF&E, flora, fencing, structures, etc. (as specified within the supplied drawings).
