The purpose of the Services is to provide a bold vision for the future redevelopment of this significant Waterfront location that was the site of Perth’s first port facility. The vision will be high level and prepared in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. The intention is to use the vision to inform the preparation of a strategic planning framework intended to facilitate contextually responsive development outcomes, including the redevelopment of ageing DTMI assets
