The Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics (DIPL) requires inspections and specific maintenance repairs to various Northern Territory Government (NTG) assets in the Barkly, Big Rivers and East Arnhem remote regions. Works will include painting, carpet replacement, roof repairs and general maintenance.The site of the works are various NTG assets for the Department of Education (DE), the Department of Health (DoH), the Department of Police Fire and Emergency Services (PFES) and the Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities (TFHC) in the Barkly, Big Rivers (East & West) and East Arnhem remote regions as detailed in attachments A, B, C and D.The attachments A, B, C and D contains approved building fabric repairs identified by DIPL Strategic Asset Management contractors while undertaking Asset Condition Assessment and Reporting of NTG assets.Some identified items may have already been completed by the assets occupants however all items need to be investigated and repaired if necessary.Contractors are to supply inspection reports and photos to DIPL Project Manager confirming identified works are still required and any additional works that is not detailed/listed on the attached reports.Invoicing of works should detail each individual asset as the work is complete. Photos of completed works should accompany each invoice.Site contact for each asset will be provided to the successful Tenderer once DIPL receive the Contractor’s scheduled timeframes of inspections.
