Darwin - Provision of Leaders Summit Venue 2022

The Leaders’ Summit (the Summit) is an annual NT Department of Education event that engages Northern Territory principals from government and non-government schools and senior educators and leaders within the Department of Education in a two-day professional development event. The Summit is the premier professional learning event for education leaders and provides a forum for the presentation and discussion of innovative ideas to improve educational outcomes for children and students.A conference venue, including catering, is sought to hold the 2022 Leaders’ Summit in Darwin. A learning plenary space that can accommodate up to 400-450 people in theatre seating (auditorium style room) with provision for a stage is required, as well as additional meeting rooms to accommodate up to 6 break out spaces.The 2022 Leaders’ Summit program requires high level audio visual and technical requirements. The Summit will feature high calibre speakers delivering keynote presentations both in person and via video conferencing platforms, requiring expert audio visual and onsite technical support.The successful service provider will bring significant local benefits to the Territory economy.
