The Supplier is required to develop a synopsis of the current state and the case for change, and to recommend options for the design of the new Facilities Hub organisational unit. The Supplier must develop the project scope and approach in connection with the Facilities Hub organisational unit and take a consultative approach with key stakeholders in designing high-level options for consideration.
