All of NT - NTG Sealed Road Network - Supply of Automated Road Condition and Inventory Data Collection Services

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:1. The acquisition and supply of road condition and inventory data of the Northern Territory sealed roads consisting of:· Roughness;· Rutting;· Surface texture;· Cracking;· Traffic Speed Deflectometer (TSD) data;· Collection and supply of lane centreline GPS co-ordinates;· Collection and supply of road geometry; and· Video coverage.The survey must follow the traffic lane. If the traffic lane is not easily determined, then the survey must use the centre of the lane.2. Updating the road condition and inventory data in ANRAM NetRisk2 Tool.3. Specialist consultancy services as required, including but not limited to, technical advice and research services in road safety, asset management, pavement materials (audit, conformance and dispute), pavement management systems, video image data processing, inventory and road safety risk assessment, road safety audits etc
