The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) requires a suitably qualified consultant to prepare an evidence?based business case assessing options for investment in workers’ accommodation at Garrjang Village, Kununurra. The business case will inform government investment decision?making and support DPIRD’s submission to the Expenditure Review Committee (ERC) for a funding decision as part of the State Budget Mid?Year Review. The ERC submission must provide a detailed consideration of the costs and benefits of the proposed rebuild of Garrjang Village.
