Supply of services to conduct the National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) in the Northern Territory. NAPLAN is conducted annually in all schools nationally and strict security protocols must be maintained by Contractors throughout the full duration of the contract, including preparation, marking and data delivery stages.Services required for test materials and student reports include production, printing, secure storage, packing, dispatching, collection and processing. Consideration must be given to constraints around deliveries to all Northern Territory schools in remote and very remote localities. NAPLAN is conducted nationally within strictly maintained timelines and deadlines, so effective and transparent project management and regular communication with the Department are key elements of this contract.Data capture of secure completed test materials, onscreen marking in a secure environment and delivery of data to the Department are in scope of this contract.The Contractor will be required to provide an online marking system for writing scripts. The Contractor will be required to comply with the Northern Territory Government cloud computing policy and standards and maintain physical, personnel and information security requirements. The marking system must be able to be managed centrally in a marking centre or used by markers located in remote areas. Training of markers, centre management and IT support during the marking period (three weeks’ duration) are included in the scope of this contract.
