The Department of Health requires a service agreement for Philips imaging equipment for AliceSprings, Palmerston Regional, and Royal Darwin Hospitals. This includes software and hardwareupdates, preventative and corrective maintenance labour and travel costs, normal parts coverage, 24/7 phone support, remote support, and uptime guarantee of 95%. Also full replacement of expensive parts as Ultrasound Standard Imaging Transducer, Dynamic Flat Detector Surgery, Image Intensifier Surgery, MR Coils and X-Ray Tube.Also this agreement will cover 3 Philips equipment from the I-Med takeover in October 2021.
