The project comprises the new Youth and Community hub.The Services summarised and required under this Contract, generally include investigation, consultation, design and documentation (including demolition). The Consultant will be responsible for completing the Services suitable for a Traditional Lump Sum Tender (eg Fully Documented Construct Only) procurement method and construction contract.Refer separate Project Brief document for further information.
