The scope of work includes the following main elements:· Prepare a concept design of the Weddell Freeway alignment and potential intersections including grade separated interchange(s).· Investigate and report potential project constraints and risks including land tenure, flooding, cultural and heritage issues· Prepare staging plans for future construction of the Freeway· Prepare cost estimates to inform preliminary budget allocation for the detailed design and construction phase of the Weddell Freeway.Assist DIPL with stakeholder engagement and community endorsement of the finalised concepts
