Darwin - Nightcliff Middle School - Master Plan Upgrades Design & Documentation Consultancy

On behalf of our Client, Department of Education (DoE), the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics (DIPL) propose internal and external upgrades to Nightcliff Middle School.The scope defined in this project builds on projects and themes identified in the 2018 Master Plan prepared by Conrad Gargett (Attached for information only).Further detail, layouts and functional requirements are provided in Appendix A. The Design Team will be required to develop this in detail following site investigations and through consultation with DoE through DIPL. The Client and their stakeholders will continue to be the consultative focus for the project and will have the opportunity to make comment and provide input into the project as it develops. The services required under the Contract comprise of two (2) components:Component 1:Develop a new site-wide landscape master plan as part of the design works for this project (documented separately - not for construction) – Refer to the 2018 Master Plan: 7.0 Landscaping. Include full and comprehensive investigations, consultations and concepts as outlined in this RFT. Deliverables to be comprehensive and appropriate to guide the landscape design in Component 2.Component 2:Full design and documentation of the scope as outlined in this RFT.
