ICT Services for Application and Infrastructure Related Services

The Department of Transport, now the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI, the Customer), sought to establish a Panel Arrangement of qualified Contractors (Delivery Partners) to provide routine Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services across defined Service Types, and to support the Customer’s broader transformation initiatives. The specific requirements of each Project or Work Package (Order) are to be defined by the Customer and relevant stakeholders during the discovery process. The Panel Arrangement is intended to deliver flexible, scalable ICT capability across a broad range of service areas, supporting DTMI’s ongoing digital transformation, cloud transition, and modernisation programs. The arrangement enables DTMI to engage Delivery Partners on an as?required basis, ensuring access to specialised expertise while maintaining competitive tension and value for money.
