The Dental Federation Funding Agreeements (FFA) requires WA to achieve activity in addition to an agreed baseline in order to receive in-arrears payments. The FFA has a focus on providing dental care to at-risk populations, including Aboriginal people, people in regional and remote locations, and those with no fixed address. Dental Health Services requires the delivery of public dental services equivalent to 120 Dental Weighted Activity Units (DWAUs) in the Kimberley Region during the period from 19 May 2025 to 30 June 2025. A DWAU is roughly equivalent to a completed course of care for one adult patient and is the unit of measurement used in the FFA
