A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:Periodic Air-conditioning maintenance for group 7 contract. Work to include but not limited toThe effective general routine maintenance of HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.The call out attendance to remedy operational inconsistencies associated with HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.The repair, replacement or servicing of components parts to restore operation of HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.The identification of defects that would not permit the imminent reinstatement of operation of the HVAC system.Contractor to maintain air-conditioning on these sites:Parliament HouseChan BuildingSupreme CourtDarwin Entertainment CentreLower Law CourtGovernment HouseAdministration OfficeOld Reserve BankEast Point MuseumMuseum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory
