Alice Springs Region - Contaminated Site Investigation Former Fuel Depot Site - Consultancy

A consultant is required to undertake investigations to complete a ‘Detailed Site Investigation’ (DSI) in accordance with ASC NEPM requirements (National Environment Protection (Assessment of Site Contamination) Measure National Environment Protection Council (nepc.gov.au). The consultant to: i. Undertaking a Passive Soil Vapour survey; ii. Intrusive investigation and reporting to characterise LNAPL sources; iii. Preparing a vapour risk assessment report; iv. Preparing a Detailed Site Investigation report; v. Preparing a quantified Human Health Risk Assessment; and vi. Detailed scope and pricing for further investigations to achieve Contaminated Land Auditor statement that the site is suitable for the proposed use
