Darwin - Provision of Statutory and Supplementary Valuation Services for the City of Darwin, City of Palmerston, Darwin Waterfront Precinct and Northern Territory Rates Act Area to 30 June 2028

The Department of Lands, Planning and Environment requires the provision of Statutory and Supplementary Valuation Assessments for Unimproved Capital Value, by a suitably qualified provider, for the City of Darwin Local Government Area, City of Palmerston Local Government Area, Darwin Waterfront Precinct and Northern Territory Rates Act Area.
