Darwin Region - Maningrida Health Clinic - Replace Existing Ducted Air Conditioning

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:• Decommissioning, removal and disposal of existing packaged air-conditioning systems AC-1, AC-2 and AC-3, as well as the in-ceiling unit AC-4.• Supply, install and commissioning of 4 new packaged air conditioning units, ductwork, pipework, controls, and all associated items serving the health centre.• Modify the existing MSSB is Plantroom 1 and Plantroom 2.• 12 months preventative maintenance and defects liability.
