CHIIP are seeking a WACHS Network Administrator for a role, with demonstrated expertise in proactively resolving issues and engaging eFectively with stakeholders. This role will be directed by HSS to: ? Support and administer WACHS network infrastructure across regional WA, ensuring stable and reliable operations. ? Install, test, and maintain network hardware, operating systems, and management software in accordance with established procedures and change management processes. ? Monitor network and security system utilisation, performance, and capacity, initiating corrective actions where required. ? Perform proactive troubleshooting and resolve network communications hardware and software issues in a health ICT environment. ? Configure, maintain, and administer network and security management platforms, including system administration tasks and custom scripting. ? Assist in developing network and security management capabilities and contribute to the design and implementation of information systems. ? Prepare and present statistical reports on network utilisation to support management decision making and capacity planning. ? Maintain technical procedures, support documentation, and ensure compliance with policies governing access to network systems. ? Provide technical guidance in developing system contingency and disaster recovery plans for the corporate ICT environment. ? Liaise with users, internal teams, and external vendors to support and maintain the WACHS ICT environment. ? Perform all duties in accordance with relevant WACHS and WA Health policies, procedures, and standards. ? The successful candidate will have the following: ? Considerable experience and extensive knowledge of ICT systems, including advanced troubleshooting and fault finding capabilities. ? Experience administering and configuring Network and Security Management Platforms within a large enterprise environment. ? Demonstrated ability to use scripting languages to develop custom administration, automation, and monitoring tools. ? Strong understanding of network communications environments, including topologies, protocols, hardware, and software. ? Experience in planning, implementing, and maintaining data communications network and security infrastructure at large scale. ? Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult, liaise, and engage eFectively with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
