The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) is seeking a consultant to undertake reliability analysis modelling of the Darwin‑Katherine Interconnected System (DKIS). The Consultant will be required to model different levels of reliability in the DKIS in up to three stages with key outputs, including the costs and benefits of different levels of reliability, to inform government’s consideration of the level for a customer-focused Reliability Standard for DKIS.
