The Department of Environment, Parks and Water Security (DEPWS) requires an expert Valuer to undertake a project to provide rental valuations of its jointly managed parks and reserves.The Valuer will undertake on ground rental assessments of relevant jointly managed parks and reserves, utilising an innovative valuation methodology.The project is separated into three (3) individual stages, to allow DEPWS to determine whether to progress or close the project on completion of each stage.
